This is why I created the Heart & Soul Art Circle.

It isn’t about following rules or producing perfect pieces. It’s about showing up honestly, using paint and colour as a way of expressing your inner world and making space for yourself, to process, to explore, to connect..

After the passing of my son, painting has taken on a whole new meaning. It has become a place where I can express what words cannot hold, grief, love, memory, hope. It's a way to feel, to listen, to simply be with whatever is present.

What once felt like art on a canvas has become something deeper: a language of the heart and soul.
