2024 Art Retreat: Cancellation/Refund Policy

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Deposits – a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation, however, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person. If you need to transfer your spot, you will have to make the arrangements and find the replacement for the transfer.

Final Balance – the full balance is due for the -

May Retreat 1st April 2024

September Retreat 1st August 2024

 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you cancel prior to the day of full payment of the retreat you are attending, you will be fully refunded, less the non-refundable deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel this retreat if the minimum number of participants for the event has not been met within 30 days of the start date of the retreat.  We will endeavour not to cancel unless absolutely necessary or events occur beyond our control but we do reserve the right to do so. 

In the (unlikely) event that we must cancel the retreat, all monies that have been paid will be refunded in full (including the deposit).

Insurance – IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU GET TRAVEL/MEDICAL INSURANCE TO COVER ANY OTHER POTENTIAL DISRUPTIONS TO YOUR TRAVEL PLANS FROM YOUR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN.  We are not responsible for any cancellation or change fees related to your travel plans.
